* Bandwidth is billed using the 95th percentile method. This means the top 5% of your usage is discarded and the rest is averaged over the month to provide a final average throughput figure.
** More than 32 IP addresses will require that you request your own network block by filling out an application form to the European IP registry (RIPE). You may need to provide proof of justification.

Custom Servers
A lot of customers ask why we don't provide a higher spec dedicated server option. We decided that
because everyone has different needs, it would be a better service to offer custom dedicated servers.
If you have specific requirements for your dedicated server, please contact us
