The ANU Network
ANU lease space in a state of the art datacenter located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Core switching is provided by Cisco Catalyst and Extreme Networks switches.
The datacenter is Carrier Neutral - we don't rely on any one connectivity provider.
In fact, our connectivity is supplied via 8 links from 7 independent providers.
We have a direct connection to the Amsterdam Internet Exchange (AMS-IX) and the Netherlands Internet Exchange (NL-IX)
We're just
8 milliseconds away
from the London Internet Exchange. That means data transfer rates between LINX and our servers is faster than
most corporate data networks.
Because we have such a varied range of peerings, your internet traffic will follow the best possible route
to its destination, which means less "hops", better latency and thus faster load times for your web pages.
