Your data is valuable, so we have come up with some solutions to protect it.

Backup

Regular backups are essential. We can provide daily backups for your servers, hourly backups for frequently modified data and even live backups of your MySQL databases utilising MySQL replication.

We can also provide space on our backup servers for you to back up your laptop or desktop over the Internet, so you can rest assured that your data is completely secure. You can use your own backup program or the freely available and extremely efficient rsync.

Off-site backups

We can also provide off-site backups of your servers if required, to ensure your data is accessible even in the unlikely event of a full datacenter outage.

Data archiving

Backups are great for restoring from a failed server, but another useful feature is the ability to restore historical files that have been accidentally modified or deleted. We can provide generations of backups going back as long as required.

Backups by mail

If you need to keep archived data indefinitely, we are able to supply periodic backups on physical media such as DVD or hard disk. We'll mail you a full backup on a regular schedule.
